Are the products good quality?

All our sports fan products have been tested and developed to ensure they are of the best quality possible. We have spent hundreds of hours working on each product to ensure it is not only top quality, but also will stand the test of time.

How do I find the right size?

Please refer to our Size Chart to find the best size for you.

If you have doubts about the size, you can email us for professional help at help@worldsportsfan.com. You can also talk to our customer service through the floating window in the lower right corner of our webpage.

Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?

Yes. Orders that are eligible for expedited shipping will show available options at checkout.

Can I Change The Shipping Address On My Order?

Unfortunately, the shipping address cannot be changed after an order is placed. Please contact worldsportsfan.com Customer Service within 12 hours to help you adjust your order. However, if your order has been processed you will not be able to adjust your order.

Why do you charge my card more than the price of your product?

We only receive the product price. The extra money may be charged by the bank as the bank fee. Hope you can understand.

Note: Since there is exchange conversion, cross-border fees (Charged by issuing bank), etc., there is a difference between the actual charge and transaction amount, and the proportion will be depending on the bank.

What Happens If I Have Damage Or Incorrect Products?

Mistakes happen. If you received an incorrect product, we will work with you to get the correct items sent out without any cost to you.

We apologize that you have received a damaged product. Quality and Care are core values here at World Sports Fan shop, so we will handle all claims promptly.

We require that all damaged or incorrect merchandise claims be submitted within 30 days of the shipping date. We reserve the right to deny any requests submitted after this period.

Never received my package, what do I do? What do I do if my order is lost?

If you are reporting a lost package, please ensure the following steps are taken before contacting customer service.

  • Check the immediate area around your mailbox or front desk.
  • Check with your neighbors or anyone that may have signed for or picked up the package.
  • Please also track your package online to see if there are any special instructions or updates listed.
  • Check with your local post office or customs office, as they may be holding the order for payment of customs fees.

If you are still unable to locate your package, you have 7 business days from the date of scheduled shipment to contact us and we will start the claim process for you. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible, e-mail us at help@worldsportsfan.com.

How Do I Return My Product?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at help@worldsportsfan.com. You will receive a response promptly advising you how to handle your request. In your email, please include your original order number, which item you're returning or exchanging, and a brief description letting us know the reason for your return.

Why haven’t I received any emails or replies after placing my order?

Your email address may have been entered incorrectly or blocked by spam filters. Please change your spam filters or check your junk mailbox. Please use your primary email to ensure you receive timely updates.

How long does it take to have my money refunded back to me?

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. If you do not receive your refund within this time, please contact us.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you’d like to cancel your order, please send us an email within 12 hours with your order number and the reason for the cancellation, and we will cancel it for you if the order has not been process.

What is your return policy?

We are UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED ORDER unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival. Please refer to our Shipping& Returns Policy or contact our customer service at help@worldsportsfan.com.

Is my transaction secure?

Protecting the safety of your credit card information is extremely important to us. We use secure technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. As an added security feature, we do not store your credit card data on our servers once the transaction is completed, so your card is not at risk of being stolen by a hacker accessing our servers.

All promotional e-mails that we send have an easy unsubscribe feature that allows you to be permanently removed from future mailings.
